If you are having trouble as a teenager to lose the extra weight that is bulging from the sides of your trousers then you need a fast teen weight loss program that can only improve your outlook through consistent repetition. Certainly after a week of exercise in the gym with professional personal trainers can only improve performance. Everyone likes to be coached by the best in their field because positive constructive affirmations that "You can do it" or "I love you for trying" or "I'm here for you only"or "Lets work together and do this"puts us in a positive frame of mind. I was at Church one day and we have this big humble man who has a big frame. Children were playing near him in the hall when I could hear this young boy talking to him about his weight for example "How did you get so big"?This big humble man just politely responded back to him with kind words. So tapping into the subconscious mind with positive thoughts is half of the battle one for any teenager who is anxious to look better healthier and peace with himself or herself.
Chicken and fish seems to be one of the best protein foods to eat with consistency because white meat has low cholesterol levels and if cooked in the oven on the grill keeps a low fat and more protein efficient metabolism working especially with small portion meals 5 or 6 times per day. One excellent pointer which many health fanatics encourage, is to refrain from eating the skin from a chicken. There maybe different opinions out there on this subject but to be fair, I prefer to take the chicken skin off before cooking as cooking with chicken skin on tends to produce much oil fat, however when the skin is first taken off there is very little oils in the cooking mix.
Starting with this fast teen weight loss program thus far is getting to the main aspect of losing weight.
The old habits of walking to the refrigerator 10 times a day for the sugar coated food intake to name but a few diverts you away from your program so with a little organizing and planning, perhaps a big poster on the fridge that says:"Stay away from me" or a family member to lock the fridge if you want to be that crazy.
Good lifestyle habits have been proven to motivate any individual to lose the weight consistently. Instead of driving to the supermarket for small essentials, why not walk, run or bike. Even if you can walk to work instead of driving can only help towards your program. I personally catch a bus to work every morning and walk about 200 yards to the building I work in but instead of using the elevator I have made it a habit to walk up the stairs and have done so for the last 2 years. Most of my morning breaks, lunch breaks and afternoon breaks have been taken up in the stairwell. From Ground floor to fifth floor where I work and vice versa. I feel much healthier and stronger around the thighs and a excellent cardiovascular breathing system to help my heart work with positive results. This is one of the ideas of the weight loss program I follow because it is part of my lifestyle habits.
An example of a fast teen weight loss program I followed as a teenager is when I made it a habit to run or walk up the hills where I lived in Waiwhetu, Lower Hutt, New Zealand. As soon as I walked out the front door into the beautiful fresh air-one cant help but to look straight up into the hills where wide fire breaks as a form of vertical roads would flash in front of any walking travelling, tramping enthusiast.I made it a habit to walk and run these hills. You wouldn't believe how fit I was.
There are many active support groups that have a great influence on any weight reducing programs mainly because a positive group produces a big inner motivating fire. only one individual may lose that inner fire because there is no one else to feed you with positive thoughts. There are many encouragement ideas from active healthy people who can keep you on your program.
Most fruits & vegetables should always be part of your active dieting program as you can be assured there is no fat that I know of which will hinder your progress. Eat good nutritional foods everyday. Over time with eating vegetables and fruits and doing away with the candy sugar coated stimulants will provide you with the energy to help you lose pounds forever.
