I must admit that it does cost quite a lot of money to always stock up on the right foods. For example If we have a good job which pays well then anything is possible. If we have a family with children, obviously they are part of the food chain and buying the right foods for eating healthy to lose weight might be tight in our budget. The question is, "What are the right foods that will bring maximum results?” There are 10 foods that I would use within my budget to bring about an excellent result coupled with exercises & supplements.
1. Eat cereals. Whats wrong with eating good healthy cereals such as porridge, toasted muesli, weetbix, with sliced peaches or any piece of fruit.
2. Rice meals can be cooked very quick as well as simple. There can be the temptation to cook the famous rice puddings. This can be filling. When losing weight though-the best idea would be to cut down on the sugar.
3. Carrots and Celery are always good for the dips. Make sure the dips are very healthy. Less fat is better.
4. Low fat yoghurts can be added on the cereals for that extra flavor. There are many flavors to choose from.i.e.strawberry, raspberry, tropical fruit,orange and mango to name just a few.
5. Water can be used instead of soft drinks which tends to give the best results. We do not want too much sugar. However there are healthy drinks such as powerade which have good trace elements for that extra energy boost.
6. Eggs have plenty of protein which help build muscle.Most body builders tend to drink the egg white. Protein is also found in canned fish, lean meat and chicken.
Bread is always good for eating healthy to lose weight especially with sandwiches. Be careful of the white bread as there is very little nutrients. I always go for the brown bread which has the staff of life. Much can be learned from wheat.
8. Spices and herbs are a healthy form of condiment and have a lovely taste when added to our meals.
9. Cheese can be used on toast, pasta, pizzas. But can be bloating if taken in large portions.
10. Mustard has a way of knocking out fat when eaten in moderation.
As with many good healthy foods-eating healthy to lose weight has always been a science in itself.
